Dr. Amar Bhatt
Dr. Amar Bhatt is the newest dentist to join the Acorn dental team. Dr. Bhatt was born and raised in southern India in the city of Chennai, where he received his dental education. He immigrated to Canada in the year 2012 to join dental school here. He has been practicing general dentistry since 2016. Prior to moving to the Okanagan region, Dr. Bhatt lived and practiced in Calgary.
Dr. Bhatt enjoys all aspects of dentistry, and especially surgery. He is very passionate about helping people with dental anxiety, by providing dental procedures under the IV moderate sedation at Acorn Dental. Apart from that, he really enjoys saving teeth by doing Root Canal procedure, replacing missing teeth by placing dental implants or with fixed or removable dentures, removing wisdom teeth etc.
When he is not working, Dr. Bhatt is an avid road cyclist and enjoys going on long rides in and around this picturesque city. He loves spending time with his family and friends on weekends.
Dr. Christophe Dale
After graduating from McGill University School of Dentistry in 1991 Dr. Christophe relocated to Kelowna in 1992. The numerous outdoor activities available in the Okanagan were the main reason for this cross country move and he remains active doing a variety of these to this day. He has been part of Acorn Dental and Implant Center (previously named Acorn Dental Group) for over 32 years. Having many multi-generational families as patients over this time is a testament to his focus on relationships with the clients he treats. He is committed to meeting the wants and needs of his patients by presenting both ideal as well as practical Dental solutions.
